A little bit about me
I have been creative from an early age on and learned to develop my creative skills. I developed a passion for everything design based. I am eager to learn and love to take as much chances as possible!
In my free time...
I try to live a healthy life, boost my cooking skills, discover new places and create an urban jungle in our small city garden. I drink my coffee with a lot of milk and people might say I am a chocolate enthusiast (Belgian chocolate is the best).

As an eco-lifestyle enthusiast I try to minimize my impact on the environment, step by step. From using Beeswax in the kitchen, growing my own tomatoes in our city garden to trying natural deodorant and shampoo bars.
My vibe...
Design is part of my daily routine. I find inspiration in everyday life but as well when I am travelling or with friends. My motivation is very high and I get a lot of energy from my friends and family.

Ecodesign aims to keep the environmental impact of the product or service as low as possible over its entire life cycle and to optimally integrate the principles of the circular economy into the design. 80% of the environmental impact of products is determined by the choice of the designer and the implementation of ecodesign in the design process is a key to success in the transition to a circular economy.
Connected Designer at The Connected Loop

I worked as a connected designer at The Connected Loop. This was a creative consultancy/corporate venturing agency in Ghent, Belgium. As a connected designer I got to do Ux/Ui, print and digital. It was very interesting as we worked on innovative projects.
Learning Spanish in Madrid
Winter 2018 - Spring 2018
After I graduated in Februari 2018, I lived in Madrid for a couple of months where I was going to do a graphic design internship. Unfortunately the company did not have enough budget at the time so I couldn’t proceed my internship. I took some time to focus on my body (yoga) and challenged myself to learn Spanish. I followed Spanish lessons at the LEA Madrid Spanish School and got my A2 diploma.
Internship at Bruce Mau Design
Autumn 2017
I did an internship at Bruce Mau Design in Toronto. This was my first in-field experience. This experience taught me about how a graphic design agency works, the people who work there… I got to work on some really interesting projects.
Exchange student
Winter 2017 - Spring 2017
Last winter (2017), I had the opportunity to study a semester at Seneca College in Toronto. These are the courses I took: Packaging Design, Branding Design, Design for Social Change, Information Design and Interactive Design. I learned a lot, not only about the perspective on design but as well about the Canadian culture. It was an incredible adventure and I would recommend this to everyone.

I worked as a waitress for a catering company ‘Green Pepper’ in Ghent. I learned how to handle stress, how to work long hours and how to work in a team.

I started my bachelor Graphic Design and Digital Media at Arteveldehogeschool in Ghent. I majored in Photo Design. There I discovered my passion for graphic design.
